Our coaching approach is designed to empower leaders with clarity, self-awareness, and actionable insights. We start by helping leaders gain a clear understanding of their current situation, then guide them through deep reflection and self-discovery using proven coaching frameworks and tailored question sets. Each session is anchored with tangible actions that leaders can immediately put into practice, ensuring their growth translates directly into impact.
To take this a step further, we integrate the Enneagram into our coaching process. We like to describe the Enneagram as an ‘ancient psychometric assessment’. It allows for an even more personalised and focused approach to each Leader(s)’ needs, and adds a powerful additional layer of insight and context for coaching. All of this enables Leaders to reflect at a deeper level and uncover transformative personal and professional breakthroughs. This unique blend of structured exploration and profound self-awareness helps leaders progress further, faster, and with lasting results.
